I think i read somewhere that Kenkou Cross is paid by some publishing company to books his MGProfiles which hasn't been booked yet, and it looks like in this book KC actually put some new never publicly-released profiles, and also some remade art for existing ones.

You're getting a couple things colluded Anon #2007470
This new girl, the Ochimusha, is one of 14 new profiles KC published in his MGE-2 at the recent Comiket 90 event. It's KC's practice to put out a book for every 100 web-profiles. As he approaches this total, he'll go silent leading up to Comiket, completing a dozen or so new girls to be debuted in said book. You'll likely see their profiles posted to his website in the coming months. He previously published MGE-1 4 years ago, at Comiket 83, and that's what happened following its release. These books were both self-published, as the vast majority of stuff at Comiket is.
However, Seven Seas, the same publishing company which puts out Monster Musume in the US, contracted KC to do an English-language release of 2012's MGE-1. While the original MGE-1 was a black-and-white release, this English release will be in full-color, as the new MGE-2 is. And while it won't have any new MG Profiles in it, it will feature overhauled artwork for a dozen or so, iirc from the announcement. One of these has been previewed recently; the updated Golem.
