I don't like to be "That Guy" but this is a shitty shop, the position of her legs don't match her "new ass"the left cheek looks like a square and also in that position her anus would be covered.
TL;DR=compare this "edit" with the original, and notice the position of her butt, don't even bother saying "it's because the panties, etc..."
