Nope, that'd be MHMS Hermes. The ski-jump design is a dead give-away, plus if you look at the Port side of the deck, you can see where it was extended for when it had an angle configuration from it's time as a conventional carrier. Invincible-class has a different ski-jump and was never configured for conventional aircraft.
This picture was likely inspired by the claim that the Hermes was in fact attacked and hit. The UK denied it, and the Armada could never provide proof to back the claim.
