Just a hunch, but maybe they are all siblings or related to each other at least. then one is from team skull and one is from aether foundation, then lillie didn't join to chose from the 2 so she decided to be a mysterious assistant.

It's also to be noticed that Faba and Wicke have green eyes like those three, too, and may be old enough to be their parents.
