I think it's a gameshow, I once saw a clip of something like this. Basically there are 3 girls in swimsuits who are hidden from the waist down by the wall. One of the girls is sitting on the spinning brushes while the other two fake being pleasured. The contestant has to guess which girl is on the brushes. After the guess is made the wall drops to show them all. If the contestant guessed right they win a prize.

I really wish I could remember where I saw it cause there was no actual nudity and it looked like a real gameshow being aired on tv and not just a setup for some porno.
