Honestly, it was going to happen considering how little H-bomb updated the actual content.

Being the lead programmer of something and at the same time lazy is not a good combination. Lack of communication doesn't help either.

Yes bigger size dogs can have sex with human females. Some are even agressive about it. A human female can't have offspring with a dog. However, the egg can become fertilized for I believe up to 5 days. After which is dies due to the DNA conflicting between the two species.
