It's because we can and WILL mod that shit to make the girls naked. And since Japan has absurd censorship laws, I think the prospect of what "could be" pisses them off more than anything. Also, the subject matter is something that turns a lot of people off. I fucking love it, but think about your average westerner, especially in this overly-sensitive age. Team Ninja is probably tired of getting shit from western pansies and activists who complain about a videogame being sexist and shit.

It's not about being overly sensitive, it's about not bothering to pay $60 for what amounts to softcore porn. Probably more, if the pricing on DOA5 DLC is anything to go by. $180 just for both season passes? Yeah, fuck that, that's what I have Gelbooru for.
