There's varying reasons for this.
One being that some voice actor agencies don't allow actors to say certain crude words depending on their contract.
Another being that, possibly, the voice actress is under the age of 18. Some agencies don't allow actors below that age to have their voice be fully audible for certain words. Damned if I know why.

It could also have been done for comedic effect, but I doubt this to be the case here.
