I'm confused as well. I think in the Pixiv tags, it has Chloe's nickname, but that's just Kuro (I know absolutely zilch for kanji but I can recognize figures).

Problem is, Kuro just means dark, which is probably an appropriate tag for the picture, but it shouldn't imply Chloe von Einzbern, just... kuro.

the Kuro name is mostly kind'a a joke on the fact it means "black" wile Shirou means "white"
