They need to add nipples to this game. The damn OVA had them, it's about time they just made what they wanted and stop the ingame censorship.
Like here, their nipples could show through the wet outfits and then just have them bare when they get their clothes blown off.

Japanese censorship laws. If there were nipples in the game it would bump the rating up and kill sales. Different ratings are used for different things so while nipples in the OVA were fine, in video games it would be a different case. The people who give ratings for video games don't rate shows, vice-versa.
