obviously someone put her there, this type of shit doesn't just accidentally happen. i'm sure you would've figured it out had you spent time thinking instead of typing that question.
it's not like one day she was walking, doing whatever really, and some concrete happened to fall on her and she ended up in it, in that exact position and she just waited there until it all hardened or I believe the term is, apparently, cured?

yeah, no. actually, nevermind, this is at the end of the day fiction, everything and anything can happen in fiction, it's not bound by the rules of the real world so yeah, maybe it was a friggin' accident if you think of it like that.

The question is less "Why is she in there?" and more "How did she get in there?" It doesn't look like she could have been knocked into the wall through any sort of impact, the opening aren't wide enough. But there are a number of cracks, suggesting the wall wasn't just solidified around her...
