I think anon1's idea could work, if they got some decent voice actors and a decent writer. Use it as a medium to deconstruct the genre (hentai) a little, as well as having gratuitous humiliation in there.

Though if they were going to play it seriously, it'd almost have to end up as a guilt trip for the people who came for the hentai. Still love to see it done though.
