I'm not sure what to think of this.
Is that Sanya and Eila's baby and Eila is just out of frame. Or did Eila die in the war and Sanya named her child after her.

Since the latter would be unacceptable to me (mostly because it would mean Sanya was with a man (probably)) I'm going with the former.
