If any of you at all are familiar with Pokemoa's 4koma comic's, you would know better to never trust these Female protagonist..

From what my shitty japanese skills can tell me from this comic, is that FeMC is telling them how Brionne's emotions are based off by their trainer's care for them, in which while she looks happy around others, the FeMC is actually a shit trainer towards Brionne.

Actually, she says that only when Brionne is with a trainer it can trust on, it will show its sad faces and not only the happy ones. So Brionne actually aknowledges Female protagonist as a trustworthy trainer.

That sad face being terrifying is Pokemoa being Pokemoa.

Actually, the joke is that Brionne doesn't trust her own trainer (who is completely unaware of this), which is why she's making that face behind her back.

Well, Brionne's Dex Entry says something along about how Brionne will only show its sadness to the trainer it trust, and i think Pokemoa just took it too literal.
