.......i don't think alain is grown adult,more like a late teenager (17-20) for me. he can still count as sycamore assistant after all.
manon probably a year younger than ash or the same since in this world, u have to be at least 10 to own pokemon, which will make them has at least 8 years age difference.....wow

Manon is 10 years old, as she just started her pokemon journey when she met Alain.
Alain looks younger than James (who supposedly has 18-20) but older than Brock (who has 15), so Alain must be 16 or early 17.
