The demo (currently released in Japan, etc.) reveals the Alolan Dugtrio.

Some people were disappointed it wasn't Diglett's polar opposite - a Flying-type whose face was obscured into the clouds.

I feel like since it hasn't changed much except for its wonderful hair, it might be a ground/fairy type. Something that fabulous has to be a fairy type.
