You don't know what you are talking about #2183129. The main appeal about this image is the pin and how the leg is hooked as well as the crotch. If you were shown this pin from a different angle it would not have looked as sexy.

As for the pin itself, it is possible to pull off, in fact it isn't really that hard as it is a form of a fishermens suplex (perfect plex). It should actually be harder to break out of than a normal fishermens suplex since this one allows you to lock your arms around the opponent.

In the end, a finisher and pin like this isn't really done when the opponent is able to kick out. It is done when the opponent is basically finished or semi-finished anyway to humiliate them and make yourself look good.
