Of course this is really 100% accurate. I have fully played Neptunia mainline.
Neptune can be protagonist because she's an adorable Neptunia character, Noire seems in love Neptune secretly (Remember the lily rank and the game is almost yuri in mainline only. Thanks to 4GO which made Noire likes Neptune too), Blanc has temper, Vert is fully fujoshi due to her yaoi collection(I think someone said that she hid some yuri magazines from somewhere else) Iffy and Compa are almost like lovey dovey, that's why they call their team Dad and team Mom.
As long as for the rest characters seems really accurate too, especially RED wants wifey collection similar to Million Arthur from Vll.
I remember Neptunia series was suggested yuri genre.
Are they waifu ? Not at all. They made waifu in Hyperdevotion Noire when you play as secretary, Producing Perfection has producer-san and Neptunia & friends or Mainichi Compile heart from spin-off series only and collab too, but both are fillers.
