I assume the person fucking her his a Futa, but I question if it appropriate to tag something as Futanari if you cannot see the futa.
Like if someone searched specifically Futanari to see some giant female dicks then they would be very disappointed by this.
Even if we know that the source material is futa it shouldn't be labeled as futa without actual futa within the video

Expanding upon anon1's point, what about people who are completely turned _off_ by futanari and blacklist or add -futanari to their searches? This is a wonderful image and shouldn't be relegated to the dustbin of anonymity when nothing about it is objectionable to someone who isn't into that particular fetish.
