Ever since I first saw Cia with that mask on, she's always (very oddly) reminded me of Char Aznable...like she's trying to hide her true eye color as if she'd be instantly recognized without it.
Normally, the Legend of Zelda franchise (Hyrule Warriors) and Mobile Suit Gundam franchise (UC) would have absolutely nothing to do with each other.
I guess it's a typically Japanese convention in fiction to have an antagonist whose face is partially obscured with a half-mask (only their eyes are hidden most of the time).
