Funny fact. You NEVER see Mizuho as a guy in the anime or wearing any actual male clothing. It could easily been a total shoujo-ai anime.
The only reason someone can tell Mizuho a guy is because of a few characters mentioning it or a few rare scenes that try to imply it. During the episode when they put cute swimsuits on Mizuho, he looks perfect.
