I will fine with that, something that bothers me with DOA is every woman have the same body (besides Mari and Honoka), I would like some more variety.

Well when you think of it from the animation point of view it's easier to animate the bodies if they are all the same as they need no extra features or alterations to animate.

Well it's not easy being chubby when you're a world-renowned fighter. That's a lot of exercise to push your body to the limits so unless your fat is actually your way of fighting you're not going to see anyone overweight.

I would like more body-types... but not more chubby ones. Make some of them more athletic looking... maybe some more skinny and others more muscular. Give some REALLY large tits but make tits on other girls a bit smaller. Also change the breast shape on some girls. Change the ass shape as well. Basically make a difference in the hip-bust-waist ratio.

As for easier to animate, that is a really bad excuse. After all in the volleyball games the focus is ON the bodies and clothes. In short if you get the clothes for one girl and her body is the exact same as the other girl, where is the incentive to get the same clothes for the other girl as well?
