I think this is either a fusion or an original character. She has nothing in common with Raven Branwen except for one of her sword.

Seriously, the more I look at it and the more she seems like an OC made up of various part of other character. The red sword is Raven's, her hair looks like Rin Tohsaka's hair, her jacket is very similar to Edward Elric's and I think her leotard is from the back end of Claymore. Not sure where she got the pendant and blue sword from, but they also look familiar.
