A completely unrealistic one, but I agree that it is nice. Really, the part I have the most trouble with is lower legs. A girl that curvy should not have legs that spindly. Her ankles and shins would buckle trying to support her own body weight. I mean, if you're already going to make her voluptuous and curvy, what's wrong with just finish out the package? It's not like she's a skinny girl and putting her on toothpick legs isn't going to make anyone who doesn't like thick women think better of the rest of her.
