When Moon says "Do your best, Lillie!" she's making a pun on Lillie's name and on the word "ganbari" by saying "ganbari-rie"
Lillie japanese name is Ririe(the Japanese don't have an "L"), and telling someone ganbari is like telling them that they should have an attitude that one must keep on going no matter what happens next
What happens next, in this case, is Lillie's stuttering
"Ganbare" is often translated as "do your best", but IMHO a part of the story gets lost if you don't know your Japanese
