@ShiftKey Not really. It would be pretty straightforward to just draw the girl, then draw the cum over the top of the image in a separate layer in Photoshop, then hide the layer with the girl. Use of multiple layers is pretty much the basics of the basics in any professional image editing software, not just Photoshop, actually.
