Their was also that one kid with the Zebstrika and Sawk who was also drawn with no sclera.

Pretty much their not trying to make all the characters look the same with the eyes,

^The white part of your eye. Characters like Lana or Cilan don't have that, or rather, it's the same color as their skin, making it look like they don't; have it.
