What puzzle me is that the towel, waves and sky look different.

Dont get me wrong though. I approve the higher Quality of this pic.

It's from here www.trueachievements.com/a227149/speed-runner-achievement but unfortunately u can't click on the image to get the screenshot in full-res.

What I originally did was I went to google images and just searched "shantae speed runner achievement" and just scrolled down until I found the screenshot in full-res and saved it from there and the image link directed me to that game achievement website.

I tried to look for other sources but it seems right now that is the only website with the source and which is why there are 2 same images but with different patterns which i didn't notice until u mentioned it. xd

I got a very similiar pic (as said in my first comment).
In the Art Gallery (1st door) there are some paintings missing. These get unlocked if you finish the game in a certain time.
I dont know the exact Achievement rule. I finished mine in 2 hours and 20 minutes with 100% (hero mode makes it waaay easier).
I believe you get the Beach picture when finishing with any percent speedrun. However, the ingame screenshot also looked a bit compressed due JPG, which is why i like this a bit more, despite the more blurry background.

For the record: normal speedrun is 2 hours while 100% speedrun is 3 hours.
Haven't yet gotten them myself, but from the research I've done (And I really wanted to see this pic so I did quite a bit lol) that seems to be the timing.
