Damn... I can't read enough of this to translate it. I can tell the girls are saying something about a "Gladio-kun fan club" in the first panel, and that's why he's embarrassed in the second panel. I *think* Mizuki's saying something about they'll give Hau bananas if he joins? And Hau's like "I don't really get it but sounds good to me!" idk...
