Oops, guess someone was underwater diving and he just stomped on his/her back and a big crack was heard. And as in horrored state he falls on his ass in the water right on the person's face and suffocates him/her accidentally.

And the last thing he/she got was a taste of Masakuni's sweet bun cheeks.
