Kinda makes you wonder what Toy Story would be like if it centered around a collector who was into anime. Would busts and statues fall into the category of sentient beings in their universe?

I think Toy Story's whole thing is that as long as it is an object that was created for individual entertainment purposes and can be counted as some sort of toy or figure then it is alive.

Looks like he did go to college.

Seeing as how Bonnie is a shy kid with a huge imagination and a kinda "weird" (awesome) quirkiness, it's not a stretch to assume she got into anime once she got older, then brought Woody college. Resulting in what we see here.
