For context, Tsareena's favorite petting spot is her crown, and a Pokedex entry states, "originating from tropical countries. It's said that this Pokémon loses its strength if touched on the crown-like protuberance on its head." So whatever kid wrote that entry after encountering a Tsareena was unknowingly getting her off.
