These are the cards of death. Really liked the first season of this show, but things like this show a degradation of the franchise into generic blandness.

The fact that they just disregard Kirito and Asuna being a couple to just add more girls for Kirito to flirt with to provide fanservice merch is a big indication of what the series had become.
