@#2085892 She's crying and saying no and stop it, to the point of practically begging, so yes I'd say it could be rape. It might not be much but it's still resisting, not everyone one kicks and yells and screams, doesn't mean it's not rape, some just can't gain the strength to do more. And it looks to me more like its just lazy drawing in terms of him holding her, since his hands are on her hips.
