Mammals have a formula for how many children they typically have, 1:2 kids to nipples ratio. For example, humans have two nipples and tend to have one child at a time, meanwhile wolves have 10-14 depending on the species and usually have around 5-7 pups at a time. Holo's true form is a giant wolf, and for her sake, I hope she gives birth in that form
