Only if I knew what the texts said because:

Pachirisu is Electric-type only. It only knows 2 Fairy-type moves: Charm and Sweet Kiss. It doesn't have any super effective damaging moves against Garchomp.

And yet, it dominates Garchomp? That's blasphemy!

^ Maybe it's referencing the 2014 VGC finals, which was won with a Pachirisu (holding a Sitrus Berry). Tyranitar, Salamence, and Garchomp were all present in that battle.
