I noticed that after she grabbed the Vulpix she didn't turn her body or anything. The sentiment is nice, but she would have landed ON the Vulpix making the fall worse.

It amazes me how suicidal these children are every time a pokemon falls off something. These creatures are capable of surviving mini nukes to the face. I don't think that fall would have killed it. But hey when you've got plot armor that will save you at the last minute from any potentially deadly fall why not go for it every single time eh?

Two problems with that, anon #2094470. One, who high was that fall, and two, how fast were they ACTUALLY falling? Chances are Lillie probably wouldn't have had enough time to right herself while falling.
