You know that thing that Oscar does where he can move around his soul and memories and stuff? I think that he's not the only one who can do that. Given his relationship with Salem I think that she can do that too. When the old Salem died she took on a new host, one with the name of Summer Rose.

Anonymous 2095799: That actually makes sense considering Ozpin said in Volume 1 that he made many mistakes than any LIVING man. And Salem has been around for quite some time as well. So in theory, she could be using Summer Rose's body as a host.
