Haha, all this talk about fetishes and clothing being practical. I'd like to point out that this is actually a legitimate fashion. Just because something isn't practical doesn't mean people still don't wear it to try and look good, or to get a reaction out of others, both positive and negative.

Look at high heels. Not exactly the most practical footwear.
