Make sure you are on a browser with APNG support. (Like Firefox)

Then give it some time perhaps. This took a long time to load for me for some reason.

Png's can be animated, like gifs.

Png is pretty much the successor to all image types, not just a replacement for jpgs. It can do pretty much anything bitmaps and gifs can, but better.

It seems Chrome has an extension that claims to provide APNG support.

I have not tested it but it is decently rated.
