I sincerely don't understand why there isn't nipples in Fairy Tail, some of the fanservice is at the levels of to love-ru, highschool dxd and even queen's blade.

considering we have characters like erza who don't give a damn if their nude in front of other people (no joke she cares so little about her body that she even bathed with natsu and gray when they were younger and still does it to this day) I wouldn't be surprised if fairy tail gets a different spin off or something that has a good amount of fanservice. Though in my opinion I think fairy tail is more "tame" (being pretty loose with how anime is with characters bodies being shown) with its fanservice than high school dxd is.
