There's no contradiction between Gwyndolin being a man and having tits, especially when he is referred to by all characters who respect him and the game itself with male terms. He could be a trans man, he could have gynecomastia. He's simply not a woman, I'm afraid. You can rule 63 him, certainly, or headcanon otherwise, but he's a dude.
