@anon2 there's a thing called animated png. I don't remember what it's purpose was for other than an hd version of a gif but it rarely works and usually requires other programs/addons for it to work. If I remember correctly, I think a specific OS would play these(?) but yeah I actually got some to work but only a select few worked with my addon.
