Bed of Chaos is pretty damn easy, the swipes are not that random actually and pretty easy to predict thanks to how each swing has a tell and is not instant. All you need to worry about is making that jump.

As for the bonfire either hit up the shortcut into Izalith or simply run the olympics, its easy to dodge everything and reach the boss chamber. Unless you are playing at Basic software, where the bonfire infront of the boss room is still there.
