Personal Speculation: Ichigo will take Nel to the Human World in order to protect her from Soul Society's racists (those goddamn Hollow haters), ask Urahara to cure her amnesia permanently and put her in a gigai in order to fuck her all day. Or he might skip the amnesia curing part and have her change her gigai whenever she goes into child mode and have both a busty, teenage looking bitch who can protect his sorry hide and fuck him till he faints, and a loli. Either way, it's a win-win situation for Ichi if he can beat Aizen's fused ass.
