Giovanni put himself in danger to save his son? That don't sound like the Giovanni I know. But then again, I can't get ahold of the manga and have to settle with the shitty american version of the show. (They cut all the romance and violance out) I know Giovanni has a son, but I thought that Silver cam to be as the result of rape or a busted condom. Okay, fill me in about these guys, pleease.

OH, GOD, NONE OF THESE PEOPLE READ THE MANGA. Ok, here we go. Toss aside EVERYTHING you know about the anime, and just listen. Spoilers for GSC and FRLG chapter. I'm also gonna call her Green so, don't get confused. Green and Silver were kidnapped as children by "The Masked Man". He was mysterious and gave no name. Giovanni spent his LIFE looking for Silver, even in the midst of Team Rocket's evildoings. Silver was appauled that the leader of an evil organization was his father, but once he realized that Giovanni is, indeed, a good dad, Silver decided to come around. About the picture: The Ditto and Jigglypluff are hers, Murkrow is Silver's.
