Actually that is kyogre. U can tell because if u look next to the orange chair u can see one of kyogre's dorsal fins(look for red) and sailors has neither dorsal fins or red.

Fun facts:
Mirai is Japanese for future.
Haruka can (and probably does in this case) mean spring flower.
Hikari (also hikaru) is light.
Several of the dub names were chosen to relate to their Japanese names, like Dawn, which is, of course, the time when the first light of day appears, and May (and, as I'm sure everone has heard before)...
