I know the consequences for pedophiles and child molesters..and how society treats them the lowest form of dirt, but I often ask what would happen if it was the other way around. Like this entire scene here.

You are comparing two very different situations. Society treats them like trash for very good reasons. However, society also fails to see the different situations and refuses to acknowledge that sexual experience is something very different for each gender and that will reflect itself when the age difference is reversed. In other words, a girl being with an older man is something very different from a boy being with an older woman.
