I'd love this too, also because the scenario of a Lillie temporarily corrupted using Nihilego would lead into an even greater Lusamine / Ragyou comparison; however I'm also ready to bet that the writers would have with some ship tease but would also make Lillie's recovery as due to all friends rather than just Ash.
