Weird, by really liking the artist's drawing style, I just browsed the artist's tag for curiosity, and found that this exact picture is a more censored version of "view&id=3541238" (you can see by replacing this with the similar last element in a picture's URL), where the heart is transparent instead of opaque.

Now I understand Gelbooru's intention of being a "complete" image hosting site *grins*
